Hello home searcher! Let us introduce ourselves, we are Scout and Prince, we are feline and we are looking a nice human couple to take care of us.
What we offer is:
A two story apartment on the third and fourth floor 84m2 with two bedrooms near the Westerpark!
In the heart of the Staatsliedenbuurt, just outside of the city center, is this wonderful traditional Amsterdam 1900’s apartment. With the locally well-known Westerpark as your backyard, relaxing on a hot summers day, Saturdays enjoying one of the many bars with terraces on the Westergas complex, going for dinner and closing the day with a dance at a local club, it’s all possible! The dailies are practically around the corner. The old city is a few cycling minutes away. In short all that this wonderful city has to offer at your fingertips!
This fully furnished apartment is located on the third and fourth floor of the building and has its own entrance at the second floor. On the third floor is the living room with sitting area with cable television. The cosy kitchen gives access to the balcony and has a cooker, oven and dishwasher.
On the fourth floor it has two good sized bedrooms one with ample closet space. The modern bathroom has a double basin, shower, toilet and laundry machine.
The caretakers of Prince and Scout will be oversees for a minimum of 12 months and are looking for a nice tenant couple who would like to live in Amsterdam but are also willing to take care of these two beautiful cats
About Scout and Prince:
Scout (she) is a 13 year old tabby who has been living with us since she was a kitten. She is really inquisitive, fearless and loves to hang around or be somewhere quiet. Scout is not keen on being picked up or cuddled. She is a really funny housemate and the older she gets the more chilled she is becoming.
Prince (he) is a grey/white 3 year old rescue cat from Romania also living with us since a kitten. He has had some kind of trauma in his early life which makes him quite weary of new people arriving in the house. Prince is really cuddly and will also let you know it’s time for a cuddle, he loves to smooch with you. He will also come and sleep on bed with you if you allow him.

• Rental price € 2.200,-- per month
• Utility costs € 300,-- (gas, electricity, water, cable tv and internet)
• Commitment to take care of Scout and Prince (the rent has therefore been reduced)
