The worktop is made of Belgian bluestone.

Through the kitchen you have access to the utility room with connections for the washing equipment. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating and is finished with natural stone laid in a random pattern. All doors are panel doors in the style of the thirties.

A staircase behind a door from the landing leads to the second floor.

The fixed staircase gives access to the attic with a window in the front and the back. This floor can be used as an extra bedroom, storage or hobby room or a combination of these.

Het Weiver is a narrow road with detached houses and green gardens on both sides. There is mainly local traffic and it is a close neighbourhood where many communal activities are undertaken.

Het Weiver is at walking distance from the hiking and nature reserve De Reef. The Zaan river is 15 minutes away by boat. And a day at the beach can be reached within 20 minutes.
